Challenge

The facility wanted to run a recycling process in full compliance with the Hong Kong Convention and document it through independent supervision.

Solution

We managed the Inventory of Hazardous Materials (IHM) preparation, reviewed the dismantling plan and provided on-site supervision at 12 critical audit points, continuously monitoring environmental and occupational safety compliance.

Result

The process was completed in full compliance with the convention. Structured supervision accelerated the process by around 30% and all stages were documented traceably.
